Helpful hints as you begin your online coursework:
  • Create all your discussions/journals/papers in a Word document, then save to your school account or send to yourself in gmail. Then copy and paste the assignment into the assignment area in your coursework. Do not save your work on the desktop of your laptop because it will be deleted each evening.
  • Coursework may be completed both at home as well as during the school day.
  • Be sure to read the "Announcements" section before beginning the course and check for new announcements each time you log in.
  • Keep your passwords in your email for easy access
  • If you need to convert a PDF file to Word, you can use this site to make the conversion: http://www.pdftoword.com/
  • or do the following:

    • Download the PDF in Preview
    • Add a text box for each section to write your answer
    • Click, "Save a version"
    • Then drag the version into your file
